一. 教学内容

Pep六年级上册第三单元Read and write

二. 教学目标

(一)知识目标

1. 学生能够听,说,认读短文中的生词和短语Mid-Autumn Festival, get together, have a big dinner, moon, mooncake等。

2. 学生能理解和正确朗读短文内容,并在教师的提示下对短文进行简单的复述,同时完成相应的练习。

3. 学生能用将来时来制定春节的计划。

(二)技能目标

学生进一步提高通过阅读获取信息和按意群朗读的能力。

(三)情感目标

教学中渗透中秋节,春节等节日是家人团圆,阖家欢乐的节日,教育学生要爱自己的家人和珍惜与家人相处的时光。

三. 教学重难点

1.重点:理解Read and write的内容,完成相应的练习。

2.难点:认读以下单词和短语:Mid-Autumn Festival, get together, make mooncakes, a story about Cheng’e, stories about the moon。同时会运用将来时和本篇短文学过的关于中秋节活动的新词汇来表达自己中秋节的计划。

四. 教学过程

Step1 Pre-reading

T: Today in this class, we are going to have a match between boys and girls.

Let’s see who will do better and the winners will get cards.

Are you ready for the class?

   What day is it tomorrow?

Ss:

T: Tomorrow is Sunday. We have no classes.

(2)Let’s chant!

What are you going to do?

What are you going to do?

I’m going to see a film.

I’m going to buy a book.

I’m going to draw a picture.

We are going to take a trip.

1.      T: Good! Take a trip. I like taking a trip on my holidays. Now, I’m going to show you some pictures about holidays.

 T:Do you know these holidays?

T: First one is National Day. Second one is Spring Festival. The last one is Christmas Day.

T: Which holiday do you like? National Day, Spring Festival or Christmas Day?

T: What do you do on this holiday?

Ss:…

T: Do you want to know my favourite holiday?

I like eating this. It’s round.

T:So today let’s talk about Mid-Autumn Festival.

What do you do on this holiday?

教师叫几个学生来回答,学生应该不大会说。

于是教师就说Ok!Let’s see some pictures.

(1)   On Mid-Autumn Festival, we usually eat mooncakes.

(2)   At night, we watch the moon. It’s big and round. It’s beautiful.

(3)   Sometimes, we tell a story about Chang’e.

Do you know the story about Chang’e?

Can you tell a story about Chang’e?

(Ss read “tell a story about Chang’e)

(4)   When I see the big moon, I often read a poem.

Can you read this poem?

(学生跟读read a poem)

(5)   举头望明月,低头思故乡。On Mid-Autumn Festival, we often miss our family. So we go home and get together with our family.

(学生跟读get together)

   We get together and have a big dinner.

 (学生跟读have a big dinner)

[设计意图:展示课文pre-reading 部分出现的三幅图片,讨论国庆节,春节和圣诞节这三个节日学生最喜欢哪一个,以及学生在这个节日中会做什么事情,然后引到让学生猜一猜教师自己最喜欢哪个节日从而引出中秋节这个话题。引出话题后,教师和学生说一说中秋节人们会有哪些活动,从而学习阅读文章中出现的关于中秋节活动的一些词汇如mooncake, the story about Chang’e, get together, have a big dinner, poem等,为接下来短文的学习扫除生词的障碍。]

Step2: While-reading

[设计意图:通过scanning(详读)让学生再仔细地朗读课文,填写阅读文章下面的信息,使得学生更具体地了解课文的主要信息,即Wu yifan家人中秋节的计划]

T: Wu yifan and Robin are going to read a poem. What’s the poem about?

Ss: …

T: Yes, it’s about f-a-m-i-l-y, family.

In his poem, each letter of the word family is for something.

So I’d like you to listen to the poem and tell me what are F, A, M, I, L, Y for.

(The teacher plays the tape.)

S1: F is for family.

T: F is for family. We will all be together tonight.

S2: A is for autumn.

T: A is for autumn. It is the autumn season.

(2)Let’s read the poem with the music.

[设计意图:诗歌这一部分教师采用先说诗歌的主题family,然后让学生听,说出family这个单词的每个字母代表什么,再继而学习每一句诗,跟读诗歌,最后配上音乐有感情的朗诵诗歌。整个步骤下来是循序渐进,使得学生充分理解这首诗歌的意思,从而能准确的和有感情的朗诵诗歌]

(4) Read the whole passage with the music.

Do you have any plan for Spring Festival.

T: Now I’d like you to write down your plan as well as group members’ plans for Spring Festival.
